Parents are most welcome to attend excursions held during the term. They’re encouraged to participate in termly tea parties and volunteer to come in whenever they like with prior communication.

Toys and books will be provided for all children at the centre. No personal toys and books will be allowed to avoid any injuries, damages, lost property, disappointment etc.

Educators can only administer medication prescribed by a doctor. They cannot administer non-prescription drugs or dietary supplements unless the service is provided with written authorisation by a doctor.

We have many types of communication we use for families: Phone calls, Emails, Face to Face, Formal meetings and Exclusive platform on our website (parent portal).

Fees will be paid directly into the bank account details provided in the website. If for any reason you are unable to pay the full amount upfront, then you may speak with us to work out a plan.

It is vital that we are aware of any allergies or asthma. Families are required to explain any allergy or asthma or other medical condition on the enrolment form as well as provide us with the diagnosis from the doctor. There is a procedure in place to minimise allergic reactions.

All children are required to be toilet trained before enrolling into our service.
